Our 40th Reunion is will soon be here! Join in on the fun!

Dear RU Class of 1976:

Hard to believe it's been 40 years since we were released from Redford Union and set loose on the world -- it's time to get together and celebrate the anniversary.  Your Reunion Committee has worked hard to set up a fantastic event on September 17, 5:00 pm at Mama Mia Restaurant, 27770 Plymouth Rd. in Livonia. 

We are encouraging everyone from out-of-town to stay at the Detroit Marriott in Livonia.  There will be shuttle service from there to Mama Mia’s, and back.  This way we can have breakfast together the next day.

Many of your classmates have already registered - please come and join us!

Don't delay....registration deadline is August 25th!

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON AUGUST 25th as the final headcount is due to Mama Mia's by August 27th.

Why should I go?

  • If you're still on the fence about going, think of all the ways you've grown, matured (?) and changed since high school - and you're still fun to be around, right?  Well, chances are that some of the rest of us have changed too - and so you might get reacquainted with others who are more fun to be with than ever!

  • Most of us have a few friends we stay in touch with and really want to see -- if so, encourage those folks to come to the reunion with you.

  • Now I know you can keep up with some friends on Facebook, but you can only stay hunched over a computer screen so long!

  • Come hear the music play - join us on September 17th!
